Client inbox
Connect Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP account and handle client email right next to the projects and invoices it is about.
One inbox, beside the work
Client conversations usually live in a separate tab, disconnected from the projects and invoices they are about. WorkWiser pulls them in. Connect your mailboxes and the team reads, replies, and archives from one shared inbox, with new mail arriving in seconds.
It is not only email. When a teammate mentions you in a thread or assigns you a conversation, that arrives in the same list as its own row, so one place holds everything waiting on you.
Gmail, Outlook, and IMAP in one shared inbox.
What it does
Every provider
Gmail and Outlook connect with one click; any other mailbox connects over IMAP.
Shared across the team
One inbox the whole team works from, instead of mail trapped in one person’s account.
Who sees a thread follows the mail
A conversation is readable by everyone in the organization once any message on it arrives at, or goes out from, a shared team mailbox. Mail that only ever touched a personal mailbox stays with its owner and the people taking part in it. Nobody has to remember to share a thread, and nothing hangs on a setting somebody chose months ago.
One message can stay yours
A private aside on a team thread can be kept personal, either as you send it or afterwards from the message menu, and then only you can read it. The thread still belongs to the team, and everyone else sees a line in its place naming who hid it, so a conversation never has a silent gap in it.
You read the mail that reached you
Seeing a thread and reading every message on it are two different things. A message is yours to read when it arrived at, or went out from, a mailbox you own or share. If a reply on a shared thread only ever reached a colleague, you still see the thread and you still see that the reply happened, as a line in its place saying whose mailbox has it and when it arrived. Ask them, or ask them to forward it.
Real-time arrival
New mail lands in seconds, and read and archive stay in sync both ways with the provider.
Mentions and assignments arrive here
A mention from a teammate, or a conversation somebody assigned you, shows up as its own row beside the mail rather than as a notification you have to go and find.
Done, just for you
Clearing a mention or an assignment marks it handled for you alone, and snoozing one hides it only from you. The conversation stays exactly as it is for everyone else.
A Mentions view
One list of every mention still waiting on you, and nothing else.
One sidebar for every view
Views sit where you would look for them: triage first, with Inbox, Mentions, Starred, and Snoozed, then your mail folders, Sent, Drafts, and Scheduled, then every connected account with its own color and its own unread count. The Inbox badge in the main navigation counts unread mail together with the mentions and assignments still waiting on you.
One place to filter, sort, and group
Filter opens everything in a single popover: unread only, has an attachment, assigned to me, and the full set of status, priority, assignee, label, entity, and type. Each filter you switch on becomes a pill above the list that you remove with a click. Sort newest, oldest, or unread first, and group the list by date or by the client, project, or invoice a conversation belongs to.
A row you can read at a glance
Every conversation is the same height, so nothing shifts under your cursor as you move down the list. One row carries the sender, the time, the subject, the first line of the message, the records it is linked to, and who it is assigned to, with archive, snooze, and star always in reach on the right.
The work, right in the header
A thread linked to an invoice, project, or deliverable shows that record in the header with its live status: an invoice with whether it is paid and when it is due, a deliverable with the status your team gave it. Each of those is a link, so the record it describes is one click away. A details panel one click away holds the participants, the linked records, and every attachment in the thread.
Remote images, only when you say so
Images hosted by the sender do not load until you ask, so opening a message never tells a sender you read it. One click loads them for that message.
A thread that reads your way
Email threads open with the newest message on top by default, and one click flips a conversation to oldest-first. Your choice is remembered for you alone.
Compose & reply
Write, reply, reply all, and forward, with file attachments, saved templates, and signatures.
Undo send
A short window after you hit send to pull a message back before it goes out, and your whole draft comes back with it, ready to fix.
Signatures that stay on-brand
Set an organization signature once, with your logo and fields that fill themselves in. It sits visibly under your draft as you write, with one tap to leave it off a send.
Built for the phone
Swipe right to archive an email or to mark a mention done, swipe left to snooze either one, and start a new message from the button in the bottom corner. The details behind a thread open in a sheet, attachments included, so a file somebody sent you does not need a trip back to a laptop.
Keyboard-first
Move, reply, archive, and snooze without leaving the keyboard, with a command menu for the rest.
A note on these screenshots
The conversation list has just been rebuilt: a new sidebar, one Filter button, sort and grouping controls, and a single conversation row. The phone has changed too, with a bar of tabs along the bottom of the app and a compose button in the corner of the list. The screens on this page still show the previous layout and are being refreshed. Everything described above is live now.
Why it matters
When client email sits beside the work, nobody has to forward a thread to find out what was agreed. The context is already there, shared with the people who need it.
