Theme & appearance
Choose a light or dark theme and an accent color that makes WorkWiser feel like yours.
Before you start
- No special role needed. Appearance is a personal setting that everyone has.
- Find it under Settings, in Preferences, in the Appearance section.

Choose your theme
Open Preferences
Go to Settings, then Preferences, and find the Appearance section at the top.
Pick a theme
Under Theme, choose Light, Dark, or System. System follows your computer or phone, switching between light and dark along with it.
Pick an accent color
Under Accent color, click any swatch. You get Default plus eight colors: Sage, Slate, Teal, Ocean, Indigo, Violet, Rose, and Terracotta. The accent tints buttons, links, and highlights across the whole app.
Good to know
Your theme and accent are saved to your account and applied on every device, so the look follows you from your laptop to your phone.
Changes apply instantly. There is nothing to save.
If you have turned on reduced motion in your system settings, WorkWiser respects it and keeps animations to a minimum throughout the app.
