Personal settings
Profile
Your own corner of WorkWiser. Set your name and password, choose how the app looks, decide what you get notified about, and install WorkWiser on your device. Everyone has these, whatever their role.
Personal settings, for everyone
Settings split into two zones. The personal zone is yours and available to every member, whatever their role. The organization zone, like members, formats, and billing, is reserved for admins and shapes the workspace for the whole team.
This page is about the personal side: your profile, the way the app looks, your notifications, and getting WorkWiser onto your phone or desktop.
Settings › Preferences: make the app yours with a theme and an accent color.
What's personal to you
Profile
Your email and role are shown under Settings › Profile, where you can also change your password whenever you need to.
Theme & accent
Switch between Light, Dark, and System, and pick an accent color that tints the app. Your choice is saved to your account and follows you to every device.
Notifications
The bell, next to your account in the sidebar (or the top bar on mobile), keeps every update in one place. Choose what you get notified about, and turn on push to be alerted even when the app is closed.
Install on your device
Add WorkWiser to your home screen or desktop so it opens like a real app, full screen, with its own icon.
Install WorkWiser on your device
On your computer or Android phone
When WorkWiser is ready to install, a small banner appears that says “Install WorkWiser for instant access.” Click Install and confirm, and WorkWiser is added like any other app.
On an iPhone or iPad
In Safari, tap Add to Home Screen on the banner, or use the Share button and choose Add to Home Screen. Tap Add to finish, and WorkWiser lands on your home screen with its own icon.
Open it like an app
Launch WorkWiser from the icon and it opens full screen, without the browser bars, just like a native app.
Works when you are offline
Lose your connection and WorkWiser will not just fail with a browser error. It shows a friendly offline screen with a Retry connection button, and picks back up the moment you are online again.
