Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WorkWiser (wiser.works), a workspace for small service teams covering time tracking, projects, invoicing, and a shared client inbox. By creating an account or using WorkWiser you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you act for one, your organization.

WorkWiser is operated by Brainy Works Mimari Proje Stüdyosu LTD. ŞTİ. (trading as Brawo Studio, Türkiye). Questions can be sent to hello@wiser.works.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Workspace admins manage who belongs to their organization and what roles they hold. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Everything your team puts into WorkWiser (clients, projects, time entries, invoices, messages, files) belongs to your organization. We host and process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data, and if you leave we will delete it on request.

If you connect an email account (Google, Microsoft, or IMAP), you authorize WorkWiser to read and sync that mailbox into your shared inbox and to send messages from it when a member of your team composes one. You must have the right to connect that mailbox. Disconnecting the account stops the sync and deletes its stored credentials.

You agree not to:

• break the law, infringe rights, or send spam or unsolicited bulk email through the service;
• probe, breach, or test the security of the service without written permission;
• access another organization’s data or attempt to;
• resell or white-label the service without an agreement with us;
• use the service to build a competing product by copying its design or code.

WorkWiser is in early access. Features may change, and from time to time things may break; we work to fix problems quickly, but the service is provided as is, without uptime guarantees during early access. Pricing during early access is as agreed with your organization and may change with at least 30 days notice.

The WorkWiser software, design, and brand are ours. These terms do not grant you any rights to them beyond using the service.

You can stop using WorkWiser and ask us to delete your organization’s data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and where practical we will warn you first. After termination, the Privacy Policy’s retention and deletion rules apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkWiser is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts your organization paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye. Mandatory consumer or data protection rights you hold under the law of your own country are not affected.

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and notify workspace admins by email or in the app before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
